Symptom flip flop

Do any of you experience symptom switch up? For example, when my eyes are terrible my mouth is almost normal or at least really mild symptoms. When my eyes are better my mouth is more dry??..😳

Oh yes, that sounds familiar.  That is why autoimmune illness are called "the gift that keeps on giving."  Remember it is your immune system not your mouth or you eyes that is diseased.  The eyes and your mouth are just showing the effects of what is going on in the immune system.  Your symptoms are the result of whatever the immune system decides to attack on any given day.  Very frustrating.

Very familiar.  Right now it's my eyes, I have glaucoma also , but the cough is traumatic , just got over two months of the never ending cough which results in fatigue, weakness, total exhaustion. I would love to find a pulmonologist that is knowledgeable about Sjogren's in my area. It also comes and goes with no warning. Does anyone else have this problem? Carolyn
