Canadian Sjogren's Questionnaire coming out next week

Next week our Quality of Life Questionnaire is going out to the members, but if you know anyoneone in Canada who is not a member we will be happy to include them too.

Here's the official info. As usual we can work out a way for people with no computer to participate.

Members will receive an email on March 28, 2016 with instructions to complete the 3-part Quality of Life questionnaire. They will be provided a link to the easy online questionnaire hosted on Survey Monkey.

The information that people provide in the survey will be treated as private and confidential. All identification will be removed and the information received will only be released in the form of collective numbers and statistical data.

If you know of anyone who has been diagnosed with Sj?gren's and would like to participate, and is not a member of the Sj?gren's Society of Canada, have them email us at info@sjogrenscanada.org or phone:
1-888-558-0950.  We will instruct them how to participate.

We are only surveying Canadian residents
