I do water aerobics in a pool that is 1) shallow  b) heated  c) salt water.  The temperature is about 85-90, the depth goes up to only 5 feet, but starts out much more shallow, and salt water is easier on my skin and eyes than all chlorine.

I want to exercise but the after effects kill me . I have to reserve any energy I have to make it through a week of work. I miss running so much. Now that spring is here I am hoping to try to walk a few times a week.

I know exercise helps me emotionally- all of those endorphins. Rt now I'm watching tv which is my weekend ritual and it is becoming depressing.

I have a 8 week puppy that needs to go out every 10 or 15 minutes cos he has little control over p'ing.  Soon I will need to start mowing my lawn.  Parts of it I can handle, but I may have to hire someone to help me.  That's depressing for me.

Like Joe, I have a great exercise program. I can turn from side to side in bed!  I can get up to go to the loo!  My fingers get a lot of exercise when I type things on the computer.

I've just started rituxan, and hope it will give me enough energy to do some tai chi, which seems like a good, gentle exercise program that I might be able to maintain.

I so much want to exercise again, to feel the good feeling moving my body used to give me. I hurt so badly most of the time, and am so tired, I don't exercise. I feel like I don't have the time because it takes everything I can muster to drag my body out of bed in the morning M-F to go to work. When I get home, I am too tired. I am trying to eat more real food and it takes all I have to cook and clean up the dishes. Then I just want to fall in bed. On the weekends, I feel I need to use what energy I have to get the house cleaned somewhat, do the laundry, groceries, food prep for the week. When I can manage to clean, I feel like that is my exercise, and I am exhausted when I finish.

I haven't given up though. I keep saying eventually I will feel good again and will start exercising.
