Sharing pictures

I wanted to share a picture of my vacation and I can't seem to figure it out.  Anyone here know how to upload a picture.

Hi 

I think one has to store pictures in flicr or photobucket and then link to them. That's how I've managed in the past. Haven't posted one for a while though.

Someone more savvy may be able to give you better step by step instructions!
