Autonomic Nervous System and Rituxan

Ok, tried Rituxan years ago and I cant remember if it helped with my autonomic Nervous System..I think it did somewhat?
After my sinus surgery in August, it really did a number on me. All my docs said my ANS is really messed up..nothing is working right.
Going to wait until after the holidays and try to get back to Rituxan again.

No other options...sad!

Any of you that had Rituxan notice a change?
