"We hope this board can become a social gathering place where members can meet new friends, share some fun and show the personal sides of our lives, as we carry on with life outside the confines of sjogrens"

Just a gentle suggestion - could we have  this space saved for our social gatherings and fun posts, as the blurb suggests?  There is a separate place for tests, results, medical news etc in 'The path to diagnosis'.  Just a quiet word - and hopefully to make you smile:

Why can you never heat a pterodactyl in the bathroom?

Because the 'p' is silent!

I haven't been to this part of our board in a while. Not sure why, but I would love this you are suggesting. I would love a absolute social place where we could share who we are other than our illness.

Thank you so much
susanep :)

I only add the ep, because there are many susan's. But yes I am a susan. lol
I am now 61 years old as of May 16 of this year. I remember very clearly when I was 15. Earlier than that too, but that was a good year in my young life. Bowling, boyfriends, pretty clothes, going walking around with my friends to impress the boys. You know how that was, and is for some. lol...
