Whoops . . . I've done it again . . . another month snuck up on me and here we are already days into another new month.

To all those who celebrate a birthday or anniversary in the month of June, we'd like to celebrate the occasion with you - so, if you want, tell us the date of your celebration.    :D

Happy Birthday and Happy Anniversary to our members who celebrate the occasion in June.

I'm always glad to have a celebration that involves cake and/or presents! Hopefully, someone has some dessert this month to share with us - I would love some white cake w/white frosting, or even some cheesecake would be good.   ;D

I love cheesecake! Here is an easy SUMMER CHEESECAKE;
8 oz. room temp. cream cheese mixed with 1/2 c. powdered sugar.
Fold in 8 oz. Cool Whip, and place in premade graham piecrust.
Chill. Done.
I'm a purist and prefer plain cheesecake,
however I'm told sliced, sugared, strawberries are a wonderful topping.

Hi, everyone.
I haven't been on this board much the past couple of months while wrapping up a bunch of medical tests, struggling to work and still have a life, and stressing about work.
I've applied for a short-term disability leave through my employer and am pretty sure I'm going to apply for SSDI, since my employer won't make the accommodations requested by my doctor.
Stressful, but I'm relieved to have finally made a decision.
And the leave started just in time for my husband and I to celebrate our 11th anniversary on the 14th, as well as my 58th birthday yesterday, on the 18th. No energy to do much celebrating, but it was nice to be able to enjoy a leisurely day and put my head down mid-afternoon when I hit the slump.
Thank you all for being here. Even when I don't log on, it's always a comfort to me, knowing that this group is here.
Glad to be back,
Retta
