Weirdly, it turned up with today's Yahoo news, when it is pretty old.

Try this recent article about a plant pathogen and efforts to stall it's spread in wheat crops.  It's a little scary that our food supply, wheat in this case, could suffer such devastating losses and have in multiple countries.  At least the scientists working on creating resistance are using every technique to combat the problem, both biotech and hybridization.
