oral surgery

I am meeting with a maxillofacial surgeon in a couple of weeks as I have a tumor on my maxilla. Is there anything I need to prepare for or go over with him when setting up for surgery? I'm all very new to this world and am not currently on any medications.

This site has information on surgery precautions to be taken. It is very important that they know that you have Sjogren's, and what particular symptoms you have. Also, if you are taking any supplements the surgeon needs to know.
