I wanted to let you all know that I had my 6 month CT and checkup and it showed no traces of lymphoma.  ;D  I did have an "irritated" liver according to oncologist. But I had a blood panel done the 19th and one on the 25th and the numbers went down 10-20% so she is not concerned at this point and will see me in 3 mos. Would not even guess the reason for it.

I've heard from a couple people that sometimes something can pop up and it can be a year before I am back to "normal" - whatever that will be. I'm about 85% there just need to get the LFT #s ok, add weight, increase my stamina and grow my hair. I only got an inch of hair and not into the punk look.  ;)

Right now fighing a virus going around with the sore throat, full ears and general muscle aches. I think once the rain and coolness gets out of Iowa, I will get back to an even keel. I am looking forward to actually enjoying the summer as last summer was all chemo treatments.

Thank you all for your prayers and concern. It really helped!

Pisces24 - glad to hear you got a good report from the doctor.   :D

Sorry the damp, wet weather isn't helping you at the moment.  In a couple months when the temperatures climb sky high, we'll be wishing it was cooler.  Can't win.   ;)

I've offered you before, and my offer still stands, I would be more than happy to give you some weight of mine.  Wish it was that easy!

Have a great summer - and may you continue to have good reports from the doctors.

Thank you everyone!
I am trying to tell myself to be patient as it takes awhile to "bounce back" from chemo. Least my weight it up a bit.  It just seems like it is taking so long to get back. Like today I did extra housework and tired myself out. Before I wouldn't get tired. I am hoping to gradually build up my strength and stamina but it seems to take so durn long.  :(

Dear Pisces,

I apologize because I thought I had responded to your wonderful news. Now I see I didn't earlier, so let me say "Whoo-ray!"

I'm so glad to hear your great news.  ;D Great that you've gained a bit of weight.

I can imagine the patience it's taking while you "bounce back." What's so great is that you are beginning to feel better. I hope you feel more strength each day and remember that we're all rooting for ya!

Sending healing thoughts and prayers.

Sorry to  hear you  have a virus  - that stinks.  Yeah the cooler, damp weather here in the NE right now has bothered me some as well - seems I feel worse on those days.  But it is supposed to hit 90 tomorrow so I will be wishing for cooler weather tomorrow...cannot win with mother nature, can you?

Hang in there and hoping for continued good health with respect to your lymphoma.
