I saw an arm xray on the TV last night and immediately thought of you.

How's the arm going??

Hopefully a month down the track your recovery is going well, you have gained strength and have no pain.  :)

Scottie I'm over the MOON that is has gone better

Having had a piece of torn meniscus stuck in my knee joint, and I can only BEGIN to imagine a piece of muscle stuck in a place where your bones are supposed to mend!

Sounds scary and......

Don't want to go there, but.....
