guys I have a very important question...has anyone had problems with inflamed enlarged lymthnods ? The lymthods iin my lungs and upper tummy are like this.. they sent me to the cancer center to see an ornogoligest ( I know I spelled that wrong) he is having me redo the cat scan because they need to rule out or rule in cancer...so wanted to see if anyone has had this with SS

Yes, Penelope.  We can have enlarged lymphnodes even without cancer, but I'm glad you are getting this checked out!

Penelope, I have enlarged lymphnodes in my neck (stage 2) which they are keeping an eye on. They are not cancer, but rather are related to Sjogren's.

My doctor is ordering soft tissue neck MRI every 6 months to keep an eye on these. I am not stressing over them, just another symptom that goes along with this crappy disease.

I've had the occasional swollen lymph node - but they have always gone down with no treatment.

Good luck with your tests - it's a good thing that you are getting yours checked out.
