I wanted to welcome you on a seperate post and not hijack Billy's post.
Welcome to the forum, so sorry you had to find us!
What caught my eyes was your mention of muscles spasms 24/7 and electrilytes being normal.
I am diagnosed with Isaacs syndrome. I wonder if you have seen a neuro muscular specialist for your problem. You could have something as "simple" as benign fasciculation syndrome or if you have severe cramping in your muscles as well it could be benign cramp fasciculation syndrome. For some reason doctors never think about this condition after they rule out electrolyte imbalance, thyroid, etc. the BCFS has to do with the voltage gated potassium channel antibodies or VGKC anti bodies which is also an immune related condition. Not everyone tests positive for blood work for the benign version just like any other autoimmune disease it can be finicky.
Anyways, just a thought you might want to look into.
Again, welcome to our forum!
