I just discovered that you can use :" Google Scholar" search engine to find lots of medical information and articles.

Just type Google scholar in your google search bar.

yes, that's a great resource. I like Pubmed http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/ and the Cochrane Collaboration http://www.cochrane.org/ as well.
