Light sensitivity sickness in sero-negative

Hello, all!  Since this summer I have been experiencing sensitivity to sunlight and fluorescent lighting.  For example, last night I attended a college basketball game.  About 20 minutes into the game, the skin on my face and neck started to burn.  Then my skin started to burn all over.  I developed a headache, became nauseous, and started having muscle weakness.  REALLY, body?  REALLY?!  I even started having terrible burning in my girl parts, which were the least exposed to any light, for obvious reasons.  How or why is that possible?  What is going on?

Now, I didn't take my methotrexate dose this week due to a course of antibiotics, and so I knew my reaction was probably worse than if I had my regular dose. 

I felt sick throughout the whole game and for several hours afterward.  Then, I was okay again.  I thought sun sensitivity was correlated with having SS-A antibodies, which I do not have?  I am a sero-negative in every way (ANA, SS-A and B, ESR, CRP, RF, and all the rest is normal/negative).

While I am taking my regular methotrexate dose, I still have minor to moderate reactions to light--sunlight, lighting at Walmart or target etc.  It usually isn't as bad as it was last night.  Does this mean that my treatment is not effective at controlling the disease?  Is it possible that this sickness I feel is due to a photoreaction with the drugs I am taking?  This really sucks.  I cannot be outside nor inside, I am finding out.  My skin is hardly ever red, nor do I get a rash.  What can I do?  I see my rheumy next week. 

This morning I took my daughter to the dentist, and just the few minutes of sunlight made me oh so sick, and my skin was on fire (no redness) and felt terrible.  I took 600 mg of ibuprofen and felt better.  What are your thoughts?  Thanks so much in advance for your insight.

I really haven't had the effect from the sun....not recently that I can remember anyway.  However, office lighting can be really bad for me.  I get heart palpitations, headaches, sick to my stomach and very very weak.
