does GLA (primrose oil or borage) cause breast growth???

i was researching gla for dry eyes and came up with a lot of sites on it causing breasts to grow!  ha ha.. is this true?? does it change your hormones??? if someone can help i would appreciae it..  i dont know if i want to mess with hormones with my family history of breast cancer: mom, her sister, their mom (my gma), their cousins, aunt on my dad's side, etc...

I can not say for sure but I stopped taking it after my wife suggest I start wearing a bra if continue.
