I had been following an anti-inflammatory diet, more related to a Lupus diet, but I feel it has helped (as far as general cognitive, fatigue, migrant symptoms). A few sources say not to eat: anything fermented, pickled, sprouted. Soy products, smoked meats, preserved meat (deli, bacon) & products, limit canned foods shellfish, fatty meats. Less salt, sugar, citrus. No MSG. No nightshades: tomato, potato, eggplant.

Friends keep asking me, "What CAN you eat?" I figured I'd share some things I've made. (I still have a problem of using milk & egg products, which is inflammatory). You can google a lot of these recipes, I've found a lot of them online.

Quesadillas with smashed yam & black beans (boil then sautee with onion, garlic, cumin, coriandor then smash), & cilantro, cheddar (I press soft corn taco shells)
Hummus & Cuk open-face sandwiches
Tabbouli Salad (with pita, or add to salads for more substance)
Mushroom & Artichoke Lasagna with parmesan bechamel
Grueye Swiss Chard and Yam cassserole
Blanched cold String Bean salad with lemon zest, lemon, red pepper flakes, olive oil
Baked Hoisin & Ketchup burgers over Mushrooms
Farro with Baked Chicken & Chinese Broccoli
Fried Rice with blanched peas, eggs scrambled with garlic & dark soy, cauliflower, cubed meat or chickpeas, toss sliver lettuce for crunch
Broiled Salmon with Soy-Lime-Ginger marinade
Pesto Turkey Meatballs

Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup (with brown rice pasta cooked in separate pot with 1TB olive oil)
Corn Chowder with yams or purple Japanese yams
Chickpea & Escarole Soup

Kale Salad with homemade lemon cesear dressing, with apple, cuks
Spinach & Strawberry Salad with homemade paprika vinegar wochestershire sugar sesame dressing
