I don't remember exactly because my insurance pays 100% after my 5,000. deductible.  I remember it was a big difference when the pharmacist called me about it.  Sorry I can't be more exact, but I'm sure your pharmacy could tell you.

Styx,
Apparently my doctor ordered it for my next refill, because Caremark notified me that it is being processed.  It must be legal.   :)

Are you in the U.S.? If so, this is a very pleasant surprise :) Thank you for sharing!

bjnc

Yes, I'm in the US.  I'm really glad about it, too.

I just went online to my walgreens account to refill my scripts, and my prescription had been switched to the generic.  I will find out soon how much cheaper it is!  Yahoo!

FYI.  Today, I filled my generic script for cevimeline.  It is still expensive, over $320 for a month supply; however, now that it is generic, my insurance company put it on the $5 generic list, and so it only cost me that rather than $53 a month.  That helps my wallet a bit!

I will find out soon as mine is being processed at the big mail order place.  Lucy
This one and Lyrica are my most expensive meds.

Yay!  I got my generic Evoxac yesterday!  The price appeared to be pretty much the same -- like $350 for a month's worth -- but my part was only $5 instead of $120.

That is so nuts!

Again, thanks so much to Cheryl for sharing this with us!

My 90 day supply of Civemeline arrived today.   It only cost me a $5 copay since it's the generic.  The retail cost wasn't given.  Strangely, it looks exactly the same as my Evoxac capsules.  The white capsule has Evoxac and 30 mg printed on it.  A66eyroad and others who have received the generic, do yours look the same, too?

I got my Evoxac, a 90 day supply for $42.00 and before I think it was like $300+.  This is the brand name, not the generic!!! Do you believe that?  I wonder how long it will take to rectify this oddity.  Maybe they won't and there is some reason the generic costs way more than the brand name now.  Big pharma and their crooked policies.?? Cheryl, no, mine are distinctly a different capsule: white with the markings APO C30.

Lucy, I guess our pharmacies weren't able to get the generic form yet.  Well, it's nice being charged at the generic rate in the meantime!

Mine are different, too --- white capsules but thinner than the Evoxac. I don't have them with me, so I don't know what is written on them, but it isn't "Evoxac."
