I'm just saying......
Two months ago I went from four diet sodas a day to now just drinking water and coffee.

Aspartame inflames us even worse due to SJS.  If you wiki search Excitotoxins you'll read how this inflames the nerves.
My headaches stopped after about three days and are gone now for about two months.

Well, crazy me decided to have three diet sodas about a week ago and WHAM !
... the next day I had migraine type pain in the back left side of my skull that was blinding...lasted for two days.   Was popping Tylenol or Advil liqui-gels every 6 hours...I even woke up with the pain.

I immediately swore off artificial sweeteners again.   It was SO not worth it.

I'm posting this because if any of you drink diet sodas or other artificially sweetened anything give it a break completely for a week or two and see if you don't feel better.

It's an amazing difference for me so wanted to pass this along.  We all certainly don't need
any more challenges than we already have.

I swore off artificial sweeteners years before my sjogrens diagnosis. Any and all of them made my neck hurt and my parotid glands swell up. I thought it was an allergy . But your information explains the reaction. Splenda was the worst!

Hopefully you learned that Aspartame was poison before you experienced too many of the negative side effects.
