Losing hair during flares

I'm wondering if anyone else notices a pattern of their hair falling out during flares?  Before I got my symptoms under control I lost a ton of hair every day.  Started plaquenil and the same week I started feeling more energy I noticed I also stopped losing my hair.  Now that I am flaring, I noticed it's falling out in handfuls again.  I wonder if they are just coincidental or connected.

Anyone else notice this?

I've lost so much hair. It's just constant. It has gone through a few periods of less fall out, but has never completely stopped. It definitely gets worse with a flare. I sure wish I could stop it!

I just posted elsewhere about this. My hair is thinning bad. My family tells me ',"Only you notice it..."...Trying to to be nice, I am sure ...lol...EVERYTIME I talk to someone they are looking at the top of my head. 

I am in theprocess of getting a new Rheumy...mine shrugged and said,  " No. Your thinning is from heredity....SS doesn't 't do that."...HELLO!!?? Yes it does.
