Belsey and Angels,
I have had all over pain (muscle aches, bone aches, I-don't-know-what-to-call-it pain) that never checked out with a physical cause. With that pain went terrible fatigue. Then I started to try some stuff:
**I changed out all my CFL and fluorescent light bulbs and went back to incandescent bulbs
**I got a couple of "sun-protective" UPF 50 floppy hats
**Used a maximum protection sun-screen on any exposed area
**Got two UPF 50/100 sun-protective shirts and wore them all the time
**Limited (severely) my time in the fluorescent lights of my new building.
**Limited (severely) my time in the outdoors, sunshine or grey skies.

As a result, my all-over pain has gone from a general level 7 down to a general level 3, some days a 2 or 2.5. It has changed my outlook; I no longer think I'll be condemned to a life on Tramadol or keep dreaming of Methadone maintenance.

It took 2 to 3 weeks to notice the change. As I added new forms of sun protection, I kept feeling better.

Cancel an appointment with a pain doctor, brain fog is way way better.

I hope this will work for you, and you can keep on working.

Wishing you vast improvement,
Soycoffee
