plantar fibroma

Has anybody got plantar fibroma?  I have this lump moving about under my foot (padded area) and I think this is   what it is.  It feels like a piece of grisle.  I  have done a little research but my hands hurt so much I can't do a lot.   Any info would be appreciated and if you think it is sjogrens related.
