star723,

I hope the Nightime Lubricant is helping you.

I realized I hadn't properly welcomed you to the forum- so Welcome!  ;) :D  I think you'll find it a welcoming and informative place, full of great people to share all this with, and yes, loads of encouragement, too.

I think you're right; the encouragement is just as helpful as any med or other treatment.  We all travel this journey together...
We're glad you found us!  If you like, you could start a new topic to introduce yourself and you may get more responses. If not, that's fine, too; just feel free to pop in and ask anything/comment, etc.

Take care,  :)
Melinda

I'm sorry to sound so negative everyone......but....
I am down right "sick" of people from work giving me their "2 cents"....actually, it's not even worth a penny....about me, my condition, my eyes, my wrist braces, etc etc.!!!  I find people "looking" to find something wrong with me!!!  One day when my eyes were just fine my male supervisor came up to me and said, "boy, your eyes look dreadful today.....are you all right"??????   OMG!!!  I almost plastered him!
People can be so frickin stupid!!!!!  They speak when they haven't even done their research!!!!  I'm really tired of going to work because of this.  Should have never told anyone about SJS!!!  That was MY stupidity!!!!
Thanks for letting me vent!
