anyone taken a glutathione or Alpha Lipoic Acid supplement??

i was prescribed Glutathione Recycler by my ND.  was curious if anybody was taking this or alpha lipoic acid for their immune system and/or eyes??  i cant find much on the net by it.. my eye doc wasnt sure if he wanted me taking alpha lipoic acid---he was hesitant.. im not sure what to do as i dont want to make my glands in my eyes/inflammation worse..

I take a multi- called equilib that contains glutathione
47 female, Sjogrens ,Raynauds,degenerative disc disease.Rheumatoid Arthritis, gastroparesis.

I take Alpha Lipoic Acid. R Lipoic Acid is the better version. It is like superman's Vitamin C on steroids is how it was once defined. I usually say it removes the debris from mitochondria repair.

The other should be avoided if you are diabetic.

I tried the Alpha Lipoic Acid supplement.  I gave me really bad heartburn.  I took it twice and gave the rest away.  It works for some people.  I hope you find the right combinations of medications and supplements!

thanks i was just concerned about my eyes and how it would affect it.. gotta think about taking it and see if it helps. Joe you always make me laugh.thanks
