New Season - Survivor & Amazing Race

Starting this coming Wednesday, Feb. 15th is a new season of Survivor - One World.

Also, starting next Sunday, Feb. 19th, is a new season of Amazing Race 20.

Is anybody going to watch either show?

I love Survivor and always try to watch. I catch the missed episodes on web site.

I also like Survivor, but think it's really silly and wonder why all the women are in bikinis.  Of all the uncomfortable things to spend 30 days in.  I also think some ppl watch Survivor but would not admit it.  Sort of like closet smokers.

Amazing Race I watch from time to time, but do not follow religiously.  New show I like is 2 Broke Girls.

I also watch Bachelor/Bachelorette.  I should be a closet watcher because this is so pitiful.  I also can't wait for Dancing with the Stars to come on.  Lucy

I really like Amazing Race and look forward to each season. Love seeing all the different countries and cultures.

My husband and I have been hooked on Survivor since it started; but some years we watch all of the episodes and some not so much.  It's a little silly but sometimes entertaining.

Well - one Survivor episode down and a person already sent home injured!   

Hardly anyone, IF anyone, followed Jeff's instructions to cross your arms across your chest when jumping and land on your back! 

There is definitely going to be some claws out this season . . . mmmeeeeoooowwww.

Anybody have any favorites picked out yet?

This coming Sunday is the new season of Amazing Race.

Oh no, I see that Brendon & Rachel (Rachel being the winner of last season of Big Brother) are on this season.    

From the previews on TV, Rachel is already whining . . . . oh brother!!  They might both be competitive people, but Rachel has got to get over all her whining - it's annoying!!

I think there is another "reality" show premiering this weekend too, but I can't remember what.

I'll be watching both Survivor and the Amazing Race although I really enjoy the Amazing Race more these days! Love to watch them travel around the world and see the different cultures.

Amazing Race

I bet Misa & Maiya are just sick that they were in the courtyard where Phil was, but they didn't see him and left, which allowed the other team of Joey & Danny to snag their spot and it caused them to be eliminated.   

In a way, they shouldn't have an elimination the very first leg - so they can give the contestants a taste of what they have to do and they'll know to step up their game next leg of the race.

I don't think I could jump out of a plane - even jumping tandem with an experienced jumper.  I'll pass.

I always feel bad when they get sent home the first leg too Bucky...it seems like they are just getting started and then they are gone!

What I really thought was wrong was several seasons ago when 1 team got eliminated before they even left....I don't remember what they had to do to get the first clue but they didn't have to actually go anywhere...and the first team went home in a matter of minutes...not hours or days.

Do you remember that season? I thought that was awful...
