Has your vitamin d been checked recently? When I started having problems with mine it caused me intense leg pain that nothing seemed to ease.

I am so sorry you are in such pain. I have had this too with my legs. I had it not too long ago, and it was cold outside, and no matter what I took it didn't help much. Usually, I would rub on some biofreeze that always helped my muscle pain, but that time it didn't help much.

I will say a prayer for you, and hope you soon get relief.

Are your legs swollen? Fluid retention? Neuropathy? RLS? DVT? Sorry, my worry gene would not turn off. I think that you should talk to your doctor about the symptoms.

I was having severe cramping in my legs that actually stopped my heart. I added magnesium opposite my blood pressure med. The additional magnesium stopped the cramping. It took a couple weeks as I remember to overcome most of it.
