Need a Lupus and/or RA forum

Hello folks! I have a friend just diagnosed with Lupus and RA (she had a big attack, which led to the dx). Bummer. Do you know of any forums or sites available that are as updated, friendly, helpful and not scarey that I can recomment to her?

The Lupus Foundation of America has a fairly active and helpful board: http://www.lupus.org (click on "Join the Online Community" and select "message boards").

I'm not sure about an RA forum, but this blog http://www.rheumatoidarthritisguy.com/ is great for anyone with chronic illness, but especially people with rheumatoid arthritis.

I'm sending good thoughts to your friend. I hope she starts feeling better soon.
