Yes it does!

I like to use bag balm on my hands and feet. Rub it in really good, and then put on glove liners or socks. If its really bad, I'll add more moisturizers. I'll do this before I go to bed, and it seems to have worked really well for me.

Neosporin on the tips of fingers wrapped in a bandaid at nighttime usually works pretty good.
