In a flare by something stupid

Last week the temperature came below 0 for the first time. I had to get the ice of of the windows of my car. But it was difficult ice so I had to work long before it came off. It was too much for me. It was the trigger for a flare. And now I'm angry. That my body does this over de-icing my car! If it was a nice party or something, than I could think: okay, it was a nice party, but just over something stupid as de-icing my car. Today, after nine days, I finally feel a bit better. Does it happen to you? Getting in a flare over something stupid?
I bought a thing (don't know the name) to cover the window in the front and my husband promised to de-ice the other windows. A new activity I can't do anymore...

I forgot to say to all of you, take care and hopefully you are feeling better than I do!

Yes, that happens quite frequently. I continue to be surprised by what can cause a flare. It is very upsetting for me and probably you too. I think, "Wow, I can't even do ...."  Sometimes there isn't even anyone around to help!!

We all will get better.

I use the spray de-icer. Works really well most of the time. I've considered buying one of those covers, but now my neck pain is so bad, I wouldn't be able to put it on or take it off!

This is the first winter my husband will have to do the de-snowing/icing for two cars. UGH!

Do you have Raynaud's too?? That may have pushed you over the edge. I can't last long when my hands get too cold.

Yes @jazzlover, that's what I thought too and I've bought a spray de-icer. But it's more what @duchess wrote: wow, I can't even do... Sometimes it's difficult to coop. And the last few days I have really troubles to coop with this Sjogrens. But this evening I went to the gym and did an easy workout. I haven't gone the last 1,5 week and that's not ok. Workout helps me so I gave myself a kick under my but ( is that the correct word?) and went to the gym. Just see how my body feels tomorrow ;-)
Pffff, it's not easy some days...
Take care you all and thank you for responding to my post!

I also get flares over seemingly simple tasks.  Sometimes, it can be a little depressing.  I'm sure I would have been in a flare after scraping ice, too.  Glad you are feeling a little better.

Blessings,
