Seronegative Specialist between East Texas and Mississippi?

Does anyone here see a doctor between east Texas and Mississippi along the I-10 corridor that specializes in seronegative autoimmunity?

My rheumatologist doesn't believe that pSS can cause lupus like symptoms or systemic symptoms including organ damage (now have liver labs going out of range/worsening muscle pains/electrolyte disturbances/rash on face etc.) and thinks that I probably have Lupus but wants me to get a second opinion from Mayo clinic.  That's still a few weeks out and is scheduled right at Christmas, and I'd rather not wait.  A neuropathy specialist would be preferred because I definitely have neuropathy and I think that route would be a good one to go down to finally get some decent treatment.

Just wondering if you guys know of any doctors in my area that know what they are talking about so that I don't have to go up to Rochester the day before Christmas.
