On my visit to my Rheumy yesterday, I told him about my kidney disease and he said that that could happen with SJS.  He also mention that it could be that I have more lupus than he thought at first. He thought it was really mild.  He's running all those test to see whats what.  Does it really matter if it's SJS or lupus?  The treatment is basically the same. One good things came from this visit.  He thinks what RA I have is so very mild.  All most non-exitent.
Primary SJS, dRTA, Osteroporis, OAB, stage 3 kidney disease, hypothyroid and high blood pressure.  Medicine I take are plaquenil, bicarb, prolia, synthroid, toprol and amolipine, citracal and vitamin D.  I use Arex and Azasite and Prolia.  I also have Reynaud's and osteoarthris of the toes

I agree with you. Does it really matter if it is from lupus or sjogren's?

Just treat it.
