Hi everyone,

Lately among everything else that is going on, I have this constant eyediscomfort and pressure above my eyes.
I know tension headaches or migraines can cause that, but I don't feel anything close to a headache or pressure on my skull. And it's just a constant thing either way.

It hurts to move my eyes, it often prevents me to read well because it causes my vision to turn blurry. And it hurts in the region of my eyebrows when pressing there, or pressing above my eyeballs directly. But mainly the vision/blurryness and constant pressure and pain in my eyes is bugging me so much.

I do have eye issues such as uneven and constant pupil dilation, colourdisturbance but this is a new thing and it hurts so much.

I'm clueless as of what to do but I've been 'ignoring" it a while, now it just is getting unbearable.

The concern is that I'm not sure if I'll get in soon by my eyedoctor, this period of the year is always so busy.

And hints as of what could be causing this comfort?

Joe S.

Please see your eye doctor. Glaucoma may be an issue or it may be a side effect or drug interaction.

Thank you Joe, I'm not sure how long it could take to get me in for an appointment. But it's really starting to cause me a lot of pain.I do refuse the ER so much. :-\ I should give a shot tomorrow and make a phonecall to my eyedoctor.

If you tell him that you may get in before the end of the week.

Hugs Joe!
Once mom gets back home, she'll make a few phonecalls for me.

Shani, my sweetheart,

Please call the doctor or go to the ER. This sounds like it could be something that might endanger your vision. That's what the ER is there for. Please don't wait and suffer with this.

It must be so hard for you to know what things to try to ignore and what to push for attention on. I hope they can sort this out quickly so you can get back to reading.
Above all my other problems, when a symptom stops me from reading is the WORST!

with love and a big hug,

Suzie

Shani, just to add that Eye pain should never be ignored.  Eyes are precious and pain is a signal that something is wrong.  Get attention A.S.P.  Dolly x

Thank you Suzie and Dolly, it's hard to know what would be the best thing to do as I know the 'sit and wait' is the easiest but often the worst thing to do.The eyedoctor also recommended to get it checked out unless I can wait untill later this friday(appointment). If it gradually gets worse then I'm getting it investigated urgently.
