Alternative Sinus Headache Products

I tend to get sinus headaches quite often (allergic to certain trees, ragweed, mold, & dust) but can't take my old go-to anymore because of blood pressure issues. 

My admin. asst. Suggested I try Sinol m.  I've been pleasantly surprised in that most of the time, it works. 

The sting doesn't bother me but I am prone to dry nose but haven't noticed any problems yet. 

Has anyone else used this or another homeopathic remedy?

My sister and my neighbor swear by their neti pots. They both have awful allergies.

I use a netizens pot too but it doesn't relieve the sinus pressure at all.  I add glycerin to keep my nose from drying out and grapefruit seed extract to help keep infections down But no help with the pain and pressure.
