I'm not sure if it is for everyone but I use one of those Vicks Inhaler Nasal Stick. I carry it around with me both for the stuffy nose thing as well as sinus pain. It opens me right up and what a rush, LOL!

I also love my Neti Pot for when things get really bad.

I use both of those too.  Works great!!  I am also on a cpap machine and use a little eucalyptus in the water pot.  That helps too.

When I do massage, I use a drop of eucalyptus and a drop of Lavender in a cup to promote deep breathing and relaxation.

Always. When I put my cpap on, it goes away.
I miss the good old days. Things were more like they used to be back then.
