Darn, I feel bad asking the boards for help. It seems I am just going crazy. The dr looked at my test from Cleveland and still tells us that nothing is wrong. "maybe MPPI testing will help". I'll post up some results for your thoughts. I am totataly losing my head...I have brain fog and confusion that is noted. Mri of the brain is fine. Completely failed the mini mental test. Dysarthic noted..what ever that is.
Ekg says normal...dx says sinus bradycardia..it this normal?

Flagged labs.
Vitamin B-12   1136    high >700      i don't take any supplements
SSB antibody  7.1       
MPA  IgG         1610    high > 1411
IgM                  36       low < 53
Kappa              1490    high > 1267

CBC is in range but for Cloride  119   high > 110

Any ideas....find a new doc? or is in my head

Did they do a ANA or CRP level??? It is sometimes hard to tell what is going on with some of the tests they do. I don't think a lot of the tests relate to AI disease---just some of the normal ones. I am speaking of what docs do in general. Sorry that I can't remember the normal SSA or SSB numbers.

What other symptoms are you having besides the memory, etc??? Have you seen a neurologist yet?? If not it may be time to do so. Sometimes the neuro issues will show up first before the other ones such as joint aching, etc.

If you haven't had a psychiatrist or psychologist on your team yet you may need to do so in the future. Many times after they talk with you and observe you as you lead your life with illness they become the voice of authority. My psychiatrist is the one who told me I needed to sign up for disabiality. My depression is treated and under control and doctors would tell me my illness was all in my head.

My psychiatrist is the one who told me that I was physically ill. He said "this is not in your head". I already knew that but try and tell other doctors when "you don't look sick".Good luck. Others will come along who know more than I do. Irish

neuro did a complete work up...most issues on right side..from eye orbit to thigh dull to pin prick. can not feel ice on the right side...besides joint inflamation, my tissues seem to be inflamed.

Are they needing positive blood work to treat you or are they treating your symptomatically??---which they should be!!!!

So many people have negative blood work but still have all these symptoms that need to be addressed and treated. Good that you are seeing a neuro. Have they every tried putting you on Imuran or Cellcept. Many times that will tame the immune system and cut down on the pain and suffering plus the assault on the body. Good luck. Irish
