Do you keep a journal?  What kind of journal do you keep?

Sort of...I just created a blog today: http://sjodry.wordpress.com/
I thought it might be therapeutic for me to blog about my journey. Will see  ::)

Yes, I started keeping a journal late last year. I keep one re: my diagnosis. I can look back to see what has been happening. I may be reminded to mention some event to my doctor that I may have otherwise forgotten about. I can also see if there are any patterns.

I think it is a good idea. Some days I forget to do it, but then I just catch up.
