First of all I would like to thank the boards for all the love, compassion and understanding...You people are great!! I use to be here alot under a different screen name, but changed it to save the tears from my family...This is my first post in 2 1/2 years...but I have been lurking. My heart goes out to all of you because we all have one common symptom...suffering. I was born with immune issues and have battled this crap for almost 60 years. Maybe age has given me some wisdom, and I hope  that my input can put a little smile on your face or give some comfort. One thing I have to say..you must be pro-active and pay attention to your body. I came to realize that this is a family disease. My best friend (wife)and childern support me and are very pro-active in finding answers. I will post up some little stories that may be helpful..if anybody has any questions please feel free to ask. I use to think out of the box and always sought out other treatments..notice "use to"...So keep your chin up it is always better tommorow...

Welcome back!   

With the length of time you've battled your disease, I'm sure you have words of wisdom you can impart.  Comforting words are always good with any of us, I think.  Doesn't matter how long or short our struggle has been.  Your stories will certainly be welcome.

I'm also looking forward to your posts.
