I just got a call from my insurance carrier who just happens to have the monopoly on health care in Pittsburgh (UPMC), wanting to kow if I was satisfied on hte level of care I received recently,, HAH,, seems public image is more important then actual care,, gotta love em, and I feel sorry for the people who have to ask these asinine questions,, but I guess its a job

Nah,, he was just some poor schmuck who was probably trying to earn a living,, probably minimum wage, I have stirred up enough trouble,,

I know it is not good to shoot the messenger but you could have at least given him a hint that the healthcare you got was bottom of the barrel and you aren't comfortable yet.  I know, sometimes when we don't feel good it is hard to fight the system.  And sometimes it's a waste of words and just makes your body suffer from the stress.

I'm always saying "well I know it's not YOUR fault, but your company, product (whatever) so sucks!"

I know you're just the bottom rung on the ladder, and I'm NOT yelling at you:  But YOUR COMPANY SUCKS majorly.
