flare in 1 eye-after eating junk last night. but flare all week after 4 wks good

ok so i flaredin left eye today.. im hangin in there. put a lacrisert in. prob only help for a bit and theni will take it out.. i ate so much sugar last night BUT... i had a flare for 6 days straight after eating so CLEAN no carbs. no oatmeal. no grains--i mean i ate fruits for carbs ..but so good..

so now day 1 of my detox Naturopath diet... time will tell everyone. i need to learn to make a blog on here. dont know how tho..if anyone cares tho. it would be great if it helps..then everyone can get some help

I had girl scout cookies last night.  Today my glands are swalllon and my joints hurt more than usual.....

well likei said i flared for 6 days after 3-4 weeks no sugar including honey..only natural fruits and veggies..
sorry u had a flare...i ordered girl scout cookies from my niece but iwll have to have someone freeze them for me..i may not be able to eat them at all.not sure now that i am going to a naturopath and on a special diet..
