plaquenil and extreme dizziness, nausea and headaches now..help

i finally got up to 400mg per day the past few weeks and lately i have been feeling fluish all the
time.. my head hurts, i am nausous and extremely dizzy..my head feels very foggy..
I also feel like i am having anxiety attacks but i am not and when i take a xanax my head still kills me..

i have had sjogrens
for 4 years and have never had these types of symptoms..i dont know anyone with a head cold or virus and
it is still warm weather where i live...

does it sound like it is the plaquenil??please help

I have been on 400 mg of Plaquenil for years now.  I don't have these symptoms.  Hopefully someone else will come along soon and give you their experience.  I hope you feel better soon.
