methotrexate and hair loss

did you lose your hair while taking methotrexate?

I don't know how it is administered for autoimmune diseases but when I had an ectopic pregnancy some years ago, I was given two rounds of methotrexate. The first round I didn't notice anything (except the body pains that go with the ectopic) but round two, my hair "shed" big time.  I didn't lose clumps that left bald spots but just a LOT of extra hair in my brush, hair ties and shower drain.  Not sure if that helps.  I don't know how the dosing is different.
