Some days aching worse than others though always have 'poppin' and 'crackin' joints. :(

Especially when first arising in the morning.

Have decreipt knees that need 'something'!   They are very boney looking which Ortho doc mentions is Osteoarthritis.
Its all over my bod.  Attribute it as ole' age's wear and tear!!!

Hello, yes I am aching and cracking ;)  My ankles have to be the worst when it comes to cracking..ugh!!!  Aching joints would be my elbows, knees and neck.  Smaller joint aching has joined in on the" fun" recently..with my finger joints/knuckles. The joint pain and cracking I can handle for now after 15 years of it..its the neuropathy pain especially the trigeminal neuroptahy that just about pushes me over the edge..have only had this for about a year. Take care....Mary
