Well....today I became a Great Aunt.....it makes me feel older now...but that's ok...I'm so, so happy!

My only nephew and godson who is a Marine and is stationed at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina and his wife had a baby boy today. His name is Hayden Michael and he was 7 lbs 9 oz and 20 inches long! I already got a first picture of my nephew holding his son.....how wonderful to have the technology we have today! 

Just had to share my good news with you all.....

ME TOO. I became a great aunt 6 weeks ago to a beautiful baby girl. My neice just lives about a mile or 2 from me and her mother lives next door to me so I get to see her very often. She is beautiful and Great Antie loves her very much.
Congrats it is a great thing to be a great aunt!!!!

The pictures and videos are starting to come in...thank goodness for modern technology! For now...I have to see him long distance but I so want to jump in the car and drive to North Carolina...hmmmmm...maybe I will!  ;D
