Frustration - Fibro?

I have been experiencing pain when I touch my skin, put the tiniest bit of pressure on certain muscles.  For example just lightly brushing lint off my arms or thighs it hurts.  And my fingers feel like they are burning up on the inside and feel tingly and bloated. But they're not. My rings are actually slipping around.

This has been going on for the past month and a half. I just went in for a 3 month followup with my Rheumy, but the blood work came back fine. No inflammation noted.

I let the Dr. know of some other symptoms that have come back, but she just thought it was from stress. She offered a steroid shot on the derriere before we started playing around with medication doses, but I don't like needles, so I said I'll stick with advil and trying to rest more.

Is this just a long fibro flare up with muscle and skin pain?

I've heard other people describe their neuropathy in a similar way (caused by their SjS). I still have no idea what's causing pain on any given day - whether it's the fibro or SjS - but my pain tends to be in the joints and muscular. It sounds like this might be nerve pain? I hope someone has more suggestions/answers for you.
