Title: Good advice from the YaYa sisters

Breakfast
1 grapefruit
1 slice whole wheat toast
1 cup skim milk

Lunch
1 small portion lean, steamed chicken
1 cup spinach
1 cup herbal tea
1 Hershey's Kiss

Afternoon Tea
The rest of the Hershey Kisses in the bag
1 Tub of Hagen-Daaz ice cream with chocolate chips

Dinner
4 glasses of wine (red or white)
2 loaves of garlic bread
1 family size supreme pizza
3 Snickers Bars

Love this, but I shouldn't have read it tonight when I am preparing for a colonscopy for tomorrow...  This ALL sounds real good right now!! ;)

Me too...my kind of diet!!!  Afternoon Tea and Dinner sound wonderful to me!

Poor Deb...having to read about food while you are preparing for that darn colonoscopy...good luck to you tomorrow!!

It kinda reminds me of people that order half the menu items McDonald's offer, then ask for a diet soda!   Defeats the purpose, huh? But since I'm a non cook it sorta reminds me of my daily intake, the Tea and dinner items minus the wine, I'll take a sprite on the rocks please!

Don't usually eat breakfast and decided I wasn't hungry at lunch, skipped right to afternoon tea.  Roxanne
