Apparently his wife, Marisol, suffers from a rare autoimmune disease "similar to Lupus". It seems that all of the AIs are "similar" to other, better known, AIs, so I'm sure we can all identify with that description.

Yeah, I haven't been able to figure out which type of autoimmune disease she has. I'm not sure if they say it's similar to Lupus because it has similar symptoms, or if they just use Lupus as a general example of an autoimmune condition. Yes, we don't often hear about people of notoriety having autoimmune conditions although there would be plenty of them! Here in Auckland (New Zealand) there is a CEO govt official Christine Rankin who has Lupus. She's an attractive, feisty, outspoken and controversial lady (known for her assortment of long dangly earrings ::)) and she spoke at outdoor venues about living with Autoimmune disease!! She's quite an inspiration :)
It would be be great to hear about more of them.
