Hi,
I am new so maybe this topic has been brought up before. I just read a research abstract that said people in China who have Sjogren's have substantially less mouth dryness. Apparently the research indicates that drinking green tea and/or taking green tea extract reduces dryness. Any one heard of this? It sounds harmless enough to try, unless you are allergic to tea. I drink black now but I think I'll make the switch and see what happens.
I have been using a new search engine called flipper.com instead of my usual Yahoo and it seems to have much more info-more than I'll ever be able to read. When I put in Sjogren's the list was overwhelming! It is listed as a deep web browser. Don't know if it opens you up to more cyber junk but I have a good security systen so I am going to check it out more thoroughly. Has anyone else used it?

Hi Cinmac :)
I usually use Google but Flipper sounds interesting.
There are advocates of green tea in here. I'm sure they'll be along! :)
Take care - Scottie :) (who will drink pretty well any kind of tea going, any time of day!)
Hi Cinmac
I only drink green tea - I used to be a coffee addict - but switched to green tea - I don't take milk so only ever drank both black. I wondered if the tea was making me thirsty? I do enjoy my cuppa and don't yet feel ready to stop - even as an experiment.
