For me, nighttime is a neverending cycle of hot flashes, profuse sweating, then chills.  Probably peri menopause as much as anything. :-\

i know i sweat and burn at night alot my fiance says i feel like a furnace, during day thought thankfully not last 2 weeks, i can sit on sofa shivering all day and feeling cold to the bone and cant get a heat in me, sometimes i get runs of my teeth chattering , im that cold and shivery, not nice, but as im still awaiting rheumy and firm DX, i have no meds and dont know what would help, hoping the planaquil will help me alot, though since i have got my emotions under control recently i have seen a great improvment of some of thse symptoms, i think that particualr flare has died off a tad
