Title: Foods Causing Pain
Post by: Chico on November 28, 2008, 08:21:51 AM
An interesting video clip from ABC Health News:

Found tomatoes mentioned, the final huge culprit in my own burning mouth elimination diet.  All else except coffee long gone.  Have been noticing my severe arthritis pains also much reduced this very cold season with new diet.

Hi Chico,
This sounds very much like the same thing I go through with GERD.  If you avoid all these things, the pain goes away, but there are times you just can't avoid them.  I always carry Prilosec with me even though I take Nexium.  It's like a first-aid kit.

Take care and thanks for the link.

Hi Chico

I have to be careful what I eat as I get severe bowel pain. I foolishly had sweetcorn for dinner yesterday, and have had bad pain today - and a very sore butt! Another food to cross of my diminshing list.
