Ok...I'm going to brave this question to the guys. I often see listed in the list of symptoms that women get dry vagina. I'm wondering if there is any information on men with Sjogrens that don't get pre-cum. I've never been one to have this and wondered if it was a symptom of Sjogrens?
I do not know how to reply to this Steve. I have not had sex for many years because of health and pain issues. Masturbation is very challenging also, so I try to avoid it. I had hope that the hormone supplementation would help with these issues. Hormones just seem to generate more acid reflux. Others I know with fibromyalgia (male and female) seem to have similar challenges.
For me I concur with Joe Steve
Sex is now a big challenge ..Id rather avoid it if I can... where once it was a pleasure...it uses energy I don't feel I have..and pain makes it hard to get in the mood..
Joe ..yeah I think having fibro saps the once most energetic of people.
